Director Josh Marques said the family business, which was started by his father Alberto in 1986, was powering along.

The company, which supplies high quality flooring products to the flooring industry and the construction industry is also heavily involved with education.

"These are put on for free and are purely designed to lift the standards of the whole industry."

Mr Marques said the business had started 34 years ago with one factory and now was opening its fourth factory including a complete showroom design centre and trade store.
