Skyline Landscape Services
Launched in 1991 by brothers Colin and Chris Richardson, Skyline Landscape Services is now the largest privately owned horticultural, landscape and grounds maintenance company in Australia. After recently securing two major contracts - the Sydney City Council and Vic Roads - they are on track to employ between 600 and 700 people and to record at least 35% revenue growth in 2021-2022.
Granddad Jack's Craft Distillery
Grandad Jack’s Craft Distillery is a multi-award-winning craft distiller of premium spirits. Founded by Luke and David Ridden in 2018, the Miami-based distillery is named in honour of their grandfather. The distillery creates spirits including gin, vodka, whiskey and coffee liqueur. They have won numerous international awards and have recently opened a second distillery and tasting room in Brisbane.

Established in 2018, founders Brodon Hirst and Drew Pollock specialise in helping professional services firms with between five and 200 employees. FurTastic Friends by Bocchetta
FurTastic Friends is a family-owned business that designs its own brand of quality, lifelike plush stuffed animals. The company was originally started in Italy in 1948 and it moved to the Gold Coast in 2005. FurTastic Friends products are sold throughout Australia and has stockists in New Zealand, the USA, UK and EU. The business offers students opportunities to learn about all aspects of managing a manufacturing and distribution business.
Enviroswim
Enviroswim is a swimming pool and spa water sanitisation specialist offering an alternative to chlorinated water. Established in 2001, Enviroswim now has one of the world’s most highly credentialed freshwater sanitization systems. Designed and manufactured on the Gold Coast, Enviroswim products are exported around the world through distributors in China, Thailand, The Philippines, New Zealand, and Italy.
Paradise Resort Gold Coast
Paradise Resort Gold Coast is one of the city’s favourite family resorts. The 409-room resort, which opened in 1981, is now owned by Australia's largest private hotel owner, Dr Jerry Schwartz. The resort features a Waterpark, Ice-Rink and a Kids Club, as well as a range of bars and restaurants for the parents. Paradise Resort employs more than 230 staff.
